Shipping & Refund Policies
- Custom Jewellery shipping will take 15-20 days to the confirmation and advance are received.
- Ready Jewellery will be shipped 2-3 days after receiving the order.
- Please provide the exact ring sizes, returns with wrong ring size given by the customer will not be accepted. Sizes have to be given by the customer along with order note at the time of purchase. Handmade or resized items may take 5 working days for dispatch.
- No cancellations on custom Jewellery after the Order is started.
- No refunds on Custom Jewellery.
- If the Design is provided by the customer, 20-30% variation can be expected from the given design.
- All Silver Pieces are Rhodium plated to prevent Tarnishing and to maintain the shine. If you do not want Rhodium please inform in the buyer's note. No products will be accepted on the basis of tarnish. A customer service of 3 FREE Cleaning Services on all Jewellery with its Cleaning Service Card will be given.
- Once the Order is dispatched the details will be mailed, Please confirm after the order is received.
- Returns will be accepted within 3 working days after the sale is made in Kuwait.
- No returns/refunds on Globally Shipped items.
- Returned items will be accepted only if the reason for return is valid and there are no damages from the Customers side.
- Returns have to be made along with their packaging boxes.
- No REFUNDS only EXCHANGES.
- Returns has to be made at the outlet where it was purchased.
- Free shipping includes dispatch and freight from Kuwait port to your country. Any other local expenses or taxes extra is the responsibility of the customer.
